Professor Etusim Paschal Emeka is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Donareg Bioresource and Ecotechnology Ltd, a purpose-driven enterprise advancing innovative bioresource and ecotechnology solutions to foster sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and inclusive economic development.

A distinguished academic currently serving as the Dean, Faculty of Biological Sciences, Abia State University, Uturu, Professor Emeka is an accomplished agripreneur and committed environmentalist with over two decades of integrated academic, research, and practical farming experience.

His expertise spans horticulture, sustainable production systems, bioresource innovation, and environmental management, positioning him as a leading voice in translating scientific knowledge into scalable, impact-oriented solutions.

Central to his professional philosophy is a strong belief in waste as a strategic resource. Through research-led innovation, he has championed the transformation of agricultural and organic waste into affordable animal feeds, organic soil enhancers, and environmentally responsible technologies.

Under his leadership, Donareg operates as a bridge between research and industry—running demonstration farms, supporting applied research, and partnering with farmers, institutions, agribusinesses, and development actors to address food security, climate resilience, environmental sustainability, and rural livelihoods.

His leadership philosophy is anchored on impact, integrity, and shared prosperity, ensuring Donareg remains a catalyst for sustainable development and long-term socio-economic transformation.
